Determines the qualifications for Network Woman of the Year, Network Top
Ten candidate, and FHPW Woman of Excellence. The Protégé Award will be based on a criteria only, with no judging. This annually established committee is to seek out persons in the SWAPEN membership to be recognized for:- Member who made a significant contribution to the team’s success -
- Woman of the Year
- Network Top Ten Candidate for National recognition
- New Member who made a significant contribution – Protégé
- Woman making a significant contribution in her industry – (Federation)
- Woman of Excellence
- Top Ten Guide
Each year, 10 ABWA members are recognized nationally for exceptional achievements in their ABWA groups, professions and community, by being selected as the Top Ten Business Women of ABWA. The Top Ten Business Women of ABWA serve as important role models for our members.
