SWAPEN Meeting: “Conquering Fears and Self Limitations”
Speaker: Myrleen Knott: Co-Owner and Vice President, Buffalo Flange, Inc. Myrleen Knott a native Houstonian grew up with the positive influence of a strong businesswoman, her mother. Her mother was a charter member of the San Jacinto Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association, the second chapter chartered in Houston in 1960. Her mother’s membership in ABWA provided Myrleen with an appreciation of the business world and a number of successful businesswomen as role models.

Ellen does not dress people. She empowers people to dress themselves. Regardless of one’s profession, image is important. Ellen’s mantra is “Be your best you today!” Through her image consulting and personal shopping services Ellen helps both men and women to define their style signature, discover what looks best on them and put together a harmonious look so they can look and feel confident. Ellen also works with corporations and groups by helping them design or refine their corporate dress code and employees’ personal image. Ellen is also an Independent Consultant for CAbi; a ladies clothing line, as well as J. Hilburn; a custom men’s clothing line.

Mr. Teeba Rose has been noted as one of the most creative and exciting speakers of our time. His unique style and creative visualizations allow audiences to quickly grasp concepts while holding mental images in their minds well after the speaking engagement. Mr. Rose strongly believes in financial literacy. Therefore he dedicates his time to teaching others how to empower themselves mentally and financially.
